After a two week break AFC West End returned to action as a bare, and barely sober, eleven took to the field away at Cherry Willingham. Despite beginning with one of the worst kick-offs ever undertaken courtesy of Dan Hill, the Beers managed to take the lead. A high hanging cross from James Dewhurst was dropped by the home ‘keeper and Jack McDonnell was on hand to poke the ball home.
